Josh is working on Mitered Crosses Blanket by Kay Gardiner. He is knitting it out of various yarns and on US size 8/5mm needles.

The Black Trillium order arrived! Josh got some of her Polworth/Silk blend in the colorway Spring Thaw


The Loopy Ewe order came!!! Josh got 5 skeins of Malabrigo Lace in Cypress, Vaa, Black, Pearl Ten, and Emerald; A skein of Cascade Heritage Sock in Navy, the MAN bar from Lavishea Lotion Bars, and a pair out ChiaoGoo Red Lace needles in US size 3/3.23mm. 


The westknits Mystery Knit-A-Long(westknits MKAL) is up and going to start on the 13th of July!!! Join Josh in knitting it!!!

  1. part one was the usual good standard, quite impressed with how you chose the square colours then combined for the end effect. Clever of you doing the Celestine, I don't like awkward shapes.
    part two....well, I giggled from two minutes in until the end. Your enthusiasm for the Hunger Games project is very obvious; and how you want others to be so. Reminds me of a couple who were in last year's Podcaster Challenge, who were determined to win:)) Looking forward to hearing/reading reports of your exploits.
